Safes vary depending on the place of use and the intended purpose. There are different types of safes used to store and protect mainly paper documents, money and firearms. In a broader view, safes can fall under two main categories; home safes and business safes. Home safes, as the name suggest are used to enhance security at home. Business safes on the other hand are used in business premises or offices to help keep track of a company’s progress as well as secure the company from potential danger.

Gun safes on the other hand are used to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to stored firearms.
